In the app, go to Settings → Account Management → “Delete Account.” If you cannot sign in, use unscroller.com/support/delete-account/ or email support@unscroller.com from the address linked to your account. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancel renewal separately in that storefront.
Inside community, direct-message threads, collaboration screens, and build updates, use the in-app actions to report content or block a user. Open Settings → Content Guards and make sure guards are enabled. Then refresh the provider page or relaunch the app. If rules still look stale, go to Settings → Policy → “Refresh Policy.” If a provider login flow needs a regular browser view, temporarily disable Content Guards for sign-in and turn them back on afterwards.
No. Unscroller does not use a VPN. Unscroller is currently available on iOS, where it can apply on-device restrictions through Apple Screen Time / Family Controls after you grant permission. Feed filtering and supported web experiences run through Unscroller’s own flows and on-device policy controls.
