Delete Your Unscroller Account

Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Unscroller.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Account Management.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This starts deletion right away. If you can still sign in, you do not need to email support to delete your account.

Option 2: Request deletion by email (fallback)

Email us from the address associated with your account and include "Delete my account" in the subject line.

If you no longer have access to that email address, contact support and we will verify ownership before deletion.

Before you delete

• If you subscribed through Apple, cancel renewal separately in your Apple subscriptions settings or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel renewal separately in your Google Play subscriptions settings.
• Deleting your Unscroller account removes your app data, but it does not automatically cancel store billing handled by Apple or Google.
• If you use Sign in with Apple, the app may ask you to confirm Apple sign-in during deletion so we can revoke the Apple authorization tied to your account.

What gets deleted

• Profile, authentication mapping, username, avatar, bio, and linked account records stored by Unscroller.
• Saved progress such as goals, check-ins, journal entries, focus sessions, focus journal notes, and related settings.
• Social content and relationship data such as posts, comments, direct messages, buddy connections, block records, reports, and creator-collaboration content tied to your account.
• Push tokens, notification settings, analytics rows tied to your user ID, and AI conversations or messages stored by Unscroller.
• Unscroller subscription linkage and entitlement records used to connect your account to paid features.

Apple and Google manage their own store receipts and billing records, and they may retain those records under their legal and operational requirements.
