Delete Your Unscroller Account

Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Unscroller.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Account Management.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This starts deleting your account right away. If you can sign in, you do not need to email us.

Option 2: Request deletion by email (fallback)

Use your Unscroller email address to email us. Put “Delete my account” in the subject line.

If you cannot use that email address, contact us. We must check that the account is yours before we delete it.

Before you delete

• If you paid through Apple, cancel your plan in Apple’s subscription settings or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• If you paid through Google Play, cancel your plan in Google Play’s subscription settings.
• Deleting your Unscroller account does not stop Apple or Google from charging you. Cancel your paid plan in that store too.
• If you use Sign in with Apple, you may need to sign in with Apple again. This lets us remove Apple’s sign-in link to your Unscroller account.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, sign-in details, username, photo, bio, and links to other accounts.
• Your saved goals, check-ins, journal entries, focus sessions, focus notes, and settings.
• Your posts, comments, messages, buddy links, blocks, reports, and work shared with project partners.
• Codes used to send alerts to your device, your alert settings, app-use records tied to you, and saved AI chats.
• Records that show which paid features you can use.

Apple and Google keep their own receipts and payment records. They may keep them to run their stores or meet legal rules.
