DMCA Copyright Policy

Designated Copyright Agent

OutFulfilled Growth Partner LLC d/b/a Unscroller has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement:

Email is the fastest method. Use the subject line “DMCA Notice” for an infringement notice or “DMCA Counter-Notice” for a counter-notification.

Copyright infringement notices

If you believe content available through Unscroller infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send our Copyright Agent a written notice containing substantially all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, for multiple works at one online location, a representative list.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as a direct URL, post or message identifier, username, and screenshot.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We may request missing information. When a notice substantially complies with applicable law, we may remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the user who provided it.

Counter-notifications

If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send our Copyright Agent a written counter-notification containing substantially all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court as provided by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent.

We may forward a valid counter-notification to the original claimant. Unless the claimant informs us that it has filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the material in accordance with the timing and requirements of applicable law.

Repeat infringers

Unscroller maintains and reasonably implements a policy providing for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We may also restrict features, remove content, or terminate accounts for serious or repeated infringement.

Important notice

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation that content is infringing or was removed by mistake may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a notice or counter-notification.
