How do I restore my purchase?

On iOS or Android, open Unscroller → Settings → Subscriptions → “Restore Purchase.” On desktop, open the app menu → Account → “Restore Subscription.” If you still have trouble, send us your App Store or Play Store receipt.

How do I request data deletion?

Email privacy@unscroller.com from the email attached to your account. We erase focus history, buddy matches, and subscription links within 30 days.

App won’t block feeds—now what?

Double check Screen Recording / VPN permissions are granted, update to the newest version, and reboot your device. Still stuck? Include diagnostic logs (Settings → Support → Export log) when you email support.
